Z33 Design is a small web studio in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. We build websites for local businesses — the auto shop, the inn, the venue, the ball club — and then we take care of them so the owner never has to think about it.
Why we exist
Most local business owners we talk to have one of two stories. Either they are paying a company they have never met a monthly fee for a website they cannot change without opening a ticket — or they got handed a do-it-yourself builder and quietly became their own webmaster.
Both of those end the same way: the site gets stale, the owner gets frustrated, and the thing that was supposed to bring in work becomes another chore.
We do it differently. We build the site, we host it, we keep it updated, and we handle the changes. You send a message and it is done. That is the whole product.
What we will not do
- We will not quote you before we understand the job. A number given on the phone before anyone has asked you a question is a number designed to be changed later.
- We will not pad the invoice. If a change takes ten minutes, it takes ten minutes. Care plans exist so small changes are not a negotiation every time.
- We will not take on work we cannot maintain. If what you need is beyond what one studio can look after properly, we will tell you that instead of learning on your money.
- We will not lock up your domain. You own your domain and your content. If you ever leave, you leave with them.

Half up front, the rest at launch. You see it before it goes live and you tell us what to change.

Hosting, updates, backups, and changes. You never think about it again, and you are never charged for something you did not ask for.
